Our firm commits itself towards its clients :
1 - the preservation of confidentiality Confidentiality is of the essence of the profession of lawyer. Our concern is always to preserve the information shared with our clients. This protection extends to the whole process of the relationship, including the communication, the handling, and the transmission of these data. The non-disclosure by the firm is guaranteed by the consent of the client, except for cause of law.
2 - Competence and professionalism The concern to provide a legal service of high quality, by relying on our expertise, our experience, and our deep knowledge of the law, also constitutes an objective that we always pursue. In this regard, we strive to maintain our skills up to date and to keep ourselves informed of the developments and trends of the legal practices relevant in order to better serve our clients.
3 - Interactive communication We commit ourselves to communicate with our clients in a clear, transparent, and regular manner. We make sure that our clients are kept informed of every development concerning their matters, thus responding to all their questions and providing them with the required explanations. We put at the disposal of our clients all the tools and technological means necessary in order to succeed in this exchange of information and communication. Conversations and judicious exchanges are the elements of success of the lawyer–client relationship.
4 - Respect of the deontology of the profession We commit ourselves to respect the deontology and the ethics of the profession of lawyer in all the phases of relations with our clients. We intend to realize the interests of our clients, in conformity with the deontological rules of the profession and on condition of not involving them in conflicts of interest, mixed in fraudulent maneuvers.
5 - An effective representation We commit ourselves to represent our clients and to act in the accomplishment of the mandate of representation at the opportune moments, respecting the imposed deadlines and the required formalities with the greatest seriousness and devotion.
6 - Transparent fees We commit ourselves to provide to our clients, beforehand, an estimation of our fees and of their terms of payments, as well as the tasks covered with precision. We commit ourselves to establish a fee note for each case containing the details of the agreement with our clients and which is put at their disposal.
